New professionals and new office in Alicante

We are pleased to announce that on April 11, IM3 successfully completed the acquisition of 100% of the shares of SEYP INGENIERIA SL, based in Alicante. This strategic transaction marks an important milestone for us, as it expands our reach and strengthens our position in the Valencian Community.

The integration of SEYP into IM3 is encouraging, due to the similarity between the activities of both companies. We are convinced that this union will allow us to achieve significant achievements in the short term, creating effective and rapid synergies that will benefit both organizations, as well as our clients and collaborators.

We warmly welcome all SEYP employees to the IM3 family. It is a special honor to have Paco Sanz, founder of SEYP, who will accompany us during the transition before his well-deserved retirement.

For this transaction, IM3 has had the advice of CIMA CONSULTING, which has carried out the Due Diligence process, and the financial advice of RCD, which has led the negotiation and closing process of the transaction.
