PF, Productos Fernández, is one of the biggest food producers in Chile. Its site in Talca with four industrial plants covers over 50,000 square metres.

The main aims of the projects were the following:

• To improve the power factor
• To reduce levels of reactive power
• To verify the transformer ratio of the TRx
• To reduce harmonic distortion of THD-i current
