Between 2016 and 2018 im3 carried out several jobs as part of the Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat line extension to Sabadell, among them drawing up the final plan for the urbanisation of the underground section of the line between the new station in Sabadell and the Carrer de César Torras. It was also awarded the site management for the building of the two new stations, Sabadell Nord and Creu Alta.

Im3 was awarded 2 contracts for this railway line by Infraestructures de la Generalitat de Catalunya (Infraestructures.cat).

It drew up the final plan for the re-urbanisation of the underground section of the line between the new station in Sabadell and the Carrer de César Torras.

Re-urbanisation of the streets over the railway lines, creating an avenue for pedestrians with parterres and newly-planted trees and shrubs, with new lighting, a cycle lane and a place for vehicles to circulate. Another contract was for works management for the construction of the new railway stations of Sabadell Nord and Creu Alta, involving building work, architecture and infrastructures.
