According to the World Bank, the productivity of some economies could increase by up to 25% if the barriers that prevent women from working in certain sectors or occupations are eliminated, in addition, the wage gaps between men and women make the world lose 160 trillion of dollars annually.

From IM3 we impulse different initiatives to promote the inclusion of women in each of our projects.

We celebrate this day emphasizing that there is still a long way to go.
