For yet another year we are celebrating March 8, International Women’s Day, which means that there is still work to be done.

IM3, as an engineering company, has the responsibility of helping in this area, providing the necessary tools to achieve equity in the different teams.

If we analyse the evolution of the number of women, in IM3-Spain, occupying functions of a technical nature, between February 2022 and February 2023, it can be seen that the evolution begins to be positive (See graph).

This is the path to follow and let us not forget that to achieve it we are all co-responsible: citizens, companies, institutions and governments.
