Im3 in Dallas, Texas

On March 12, 2024, the subsidiary of Im3 Group in the United States was incorporated, with the name IM3 SOLUTIONS LLC, and Employer Identification Number (EIN) 32-0768368.

The subsidiary’s headquarters are in Dallas, one of the main cities in the state of Texas, the second largest in GDP in the United States, behind California and ahead of New York (3rd) and Florida (4th)

These four states (California, Texas, New York and Florida) that account for 37% of U.S. GDP will be the focus of business development in Im3 Americas’ three-year 2024-26 Strategic Plan.

The proposal of services and solutions that Im3 will offer in the USA will focus on Smart Grids, Electrical Analysis, Engineering and Project Management of distribution, transmission and renewable generation.

The Im3 office is located at 5465 Legacy Drive – suite 650, City of Plano, CP 75024. The city of Plano, with a population of nearly 300,000, is the largest city in Collin County, and one of the major cities in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area in the state of Texas (TX).

Texas is the second largest state in the U.S., after Alaska, with California being the third. The climate of the state of Texas is marked by the desert zone in the western half and the humid subtropical zone in the eastern half, where the main urban centers are located: Houston (2.30 million inhabitants), San Antonio (1.51), Dallas (1.29), Fort Worth (0.99) and Austin (state capital, 0.98). Plano is in 9th place in the ranking.
